Through our shared life, we give witness to God's kingdom and compassionate presence here on earth. We give voice to a distinctive way of being in the world by relying on God and one another, by striving for unity despite our differences, by seeking God's will over our own, and by serving others with dignity and respect. As one of our core values, "community life" calls us to live together in houses of two or more sisters. By sharing our lives and daily life experiences, we grow in our ability to appreciate others, overlook limitations, and begin again; we strive to communicate, collaborate, and compromise; and we encourage one another to develop and use our gifts. Our shared commitment to God is a gift that supports us in challenging times and allows us to be part of something greater than ourselves--the will and work of God.
